Night Owl Signage uses these details to assess your enquiry, discuss your requirements and prepare or manage a quotation. An enquiry does not place an order or subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiries and artwork
Enquiries and artwork files are stored privately within this WordPress website. Authorised administrators can review them. Enquiry notifications are sent through the configured website email service; artwork is accessed through the private enquiry inbox and is not published in the Media Library.
Retention and requests
Enquiries remain in the private inbox until an administrator deletes them. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form with the same email address and include your original enquiry reference. The business should review its retention arrangements and this notice before public launch.
Website preferences
This theme does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. WordPress, hosting, security and any additional plugins may use cookies. Any extra analytics or marketing tools require an appropriate updated cookie notice and settings.
Your files
Only upload artwork or documents you have permission to share. Files are collected to review the project and are not displayed in the public concept gallery.
